Pricing

Trademarks Online charges a one-off fee for applying to register a trademark in the United Kingdom.

An application for one trademark in one class*: £390.
Additional classes in the same application: £100 (optional).

Our pricing includes all official fees and cover application, acceptance and registration. No VAT is payable on trademark application fees. We fix any minor requirements raised by the trademark office and will also help you deal with objections.

*A class refers to the product category your goods or services fall in. For example, “clothing” is in class 25, while “catering” falls in class 43.
